My life has been an interesting one. And well it should be, for, in retrospect, I'm a novelty addict. As long as new and interesting things were happening in my life, I was happy. Whether I was riding high, or the world was crashing down on top of me, if I could see new things, or old things in a new way, I was happy.
I have also been always been extremely sensitive to using my time and resources well. The hardest times in my life have been when other people were telling me how to use my time, or resources, and when I've been seriously cut off from resources.
The most enjoyable times in life have been when I've seen new and interesting linkages that help explain the world I live in, and the world we all live in. Serendipitously, these times have become more and more common as I've become older. I guess the right label for these linkages I've discovered is "wisdom", and it sure is fun to expound on what I've discovered.
This autobiography has a "spine" of chronological layout. But, thanks to the jumping abilities of web pages, there are many diversions from that spine.
Why am I writing this? I think a lot about why mankind is here on this Earth, and why I'm here.
So... why am I here? I have decided I'm here to pass on a legacy, and that legacy consists of two parts: a genetic part, and an intellectual part. The genetic part is the children I sire, and the intellectual part is the ideas that I pass on. This book is to help pass on my intellectual legacy.
That said... Lets get about the actual telling of the story.
