To whom it may concern: I have worked with Roger White for seven years as a colleague and as a co-worker. During that time I have found Roger to be a good person to work with and to be around. Roger is personable in his relations, reliable in his commitment, and innovative in his apporach to problems. I have worked with Roger on a number of techincal writing projects. Roger has always been good at researching information and working with technical personnel to get the right kind of information. That's not always easy since definitions from technicians are usually in "tehnoease." Roger has been good at cutting through the technical jargon to determine the important points, and then getting those points in a language that others can understand. I have also known Roger through the Toastmasters club. Roger started the Toastmasters club at Novell as was consistently one of it's best speakers. Again, Roger is very personable in his appraoch to topics and worked hard to get others interested in those topics. I have found him to be entertaining and informative. I strongly recommend Roger for the CNI program. His knowlege of Netware and his personality will give students a good feel for how to use Netware and Novell's many networking products.
