The tall man grinned. “I had a chance to do a lot of thinking while I was twirling around in that berg, and while on the ship. Long ago I joined the service to travel and adventure, but I’m going to let you find someone else to test out Mark VI. This last was ‘the adventure’ I’d signed up for. I’ll never top it. I’ve had it. I’m a changed man. I’ve got new goals and new challenges now.”
“Any relating to that long ship-ride home?”
